The spinner appears after clicking 'Proceed to Payment' but the page never resolves. This only affects bundle orders — standalone HP or PV orders with IPA financing work correctly. The issue has been reproduced across Chrome and Edge on Windows. It appears to be related to the payment option aggregation logic when two separate IPA contracts (one per product family) need to be generated simultaneously.

The property assessment questionnaire requires too many clicks and page transitions. Sales Agents report that the multi-step wizard format with individual questions per screen slows down the Sales conversation. They want all questions visible at once with section navigation, similar to a long form.
