Checkout hangs for IPA financing with HP+PV bundles

Multiple Sales Agents report that the checkout process freezes when customers select IPA financing for combined heat pump and PV bundle orders. The spinner appears after clicking 'Proceed to Payment' but the page never resolves. This only affects bundle orders — standalone HP or PV orders with IPA financing work correctly. The issue has been reproduced across Chrome and Edge on Windows. It appears to be related to the payment option aggregation logic when two separate IPA contracts (one per product family) need to be generated simultaneously.
